had adjustments today again. next one on sat morning. getting used to it. its still damn scary though. hah. crack. three times a week for 6 weeks! mondays and thursdays at 6.00pm, tuesdays at 3.45pm. thats tedious. bah, and i'll be going down there myself from now on :/

and i missed another speech day rehearsal!
