just went for a Chiropractic consultation at Forum for my spine. parents arrived at school so timely at 1.10pm at the carpark waiting for me. headed to Forum and had a meal at Macs before going to the clinic.

nice guy. handsome. haha.

discovered that i have distorted positions at my shoulders, hips, spine and feet. GASP. it's all happening so fast, so many prescriptions one by one. i didnt know i had those problems. i only knew about my shoulders and hip. gosh. muscles are tight when he bent some areas like my neck and back. signs of Scoliosis. drats.

he recommended the taking of X-rays before he could diagnose me as under Scoliosis or whatever else, so we headed to Paragon for it. some clinic that's Radlink or something. forgot. haha. yeah.

i was so nervous, like very.
i was supposed to put on this gown, and remove all my clothes except for my underwear, excluding the bra. at first i was staring at the nurse, then i asked again "uh, no bra?" she nodded and said yes. aye, so uncomfortable. for once i felt so insecure. lol.
while taking the shots, the lady was like "okay dont breathe, dont breathe." then one second later "okay you can breathe." hahahahaha :D i was trying not to laugh.

came home after the shots. im just afraid that the adjustments of my spine would be painful x( gahh, pain sucks. eeek. just imagine i already cannot stand people cracking their knuckle in front of me.
crack crack crack.

RARH.

X-rays were a few hundreds.
the whole damn treatment is like $2k per package.

that's my birthday present from my parents?

i feel guilty :(
