went to the movies today with Damian, Melissa and Jolene. I Not Stupid Too!! yes, what everyone said was true; one second you are laughing, then the next moment you'll have tears rolling down your cheeks. i dont have them rolling down though. tears just appeared. that's different from crying okay, Damian!
and, and.. and! JOSHUA IS HOT okay. Shawn was alright there. but, wait a minute, DID JOSHUA SMOKE IN THE MOVIE?! :S gosh.
it was also kinda ruined today though. as usual, those tantrum coming from Melissa. kept complaining that she wants dad to bring us home cos she wants to finish her homework. in fact, this is the first time i see her so anxious about her HOMEWORK. and what's she doing now? computer. =_= oh well, siblings.

oh, before i set off to meet Damian for the movie, my family and i went home-visiting to KaiWen's place. my god i was being suan-ed down there lah. Auntie (KaiWen's mom) kept calling me wei-lai-xi-fu, then Kelly (KaiWen's sister) started calling me da-sao. and, the rest of my relatives kept laughing! dehs. so dots.. hahaha. KaiWen is alright lah, but i think he has a target already so, leave me out okay! :P

watched four movies today at my maternal grandparent's place.
Memoirs of a Geisha,
White Chicks,
A Chinese Tall Story,
and...
TOM-YUM-GOONG!

Tom-Yum-Goong is such a great, and i mean great, show! it made me go eew, urgh, and sniff. heh. i realised why it was NC16 when it came out. Tony Jaa performed the the kung-fu, and every move he did can break any of one's limbs by twisting, and twisting, and folding. eeek x( thinking of it makes me uneasy. however, though its violent, it's a great movie! rather sad in the end. stupid woman/man wants the elephant just to make a frikin statue out of its skeleton?! crazy. haha. the plot of the movie is good; especially the part where the ancient kung-fu, that Tony performed, came from. okay, practically, i love kung-fu movies! :)
oh, and Tony Jaa is hot okay! xP

Memoirs of a Geisha is a rather touching movie. too slow for me though. haha. i like the way they make Zhang Ziyi's eyes like rain in the movie. so ghostly, yet so beautiful. heh :)

that Chinese Tall Story is UBER LAME lah! i almost fell asleep while watching it lol. but i couldnt take my eyes off Nicholas Tse!! hahah. i pity Nick in the movie for falling for that girl, not Tripitaka. lmao. crazy. the beginning was rather funny, but the standard dropped drastically as the movie went on. i'd rate the movie above average i guess..
and i watched White Chicks for the third time. lol, and it still amuses me! hahaha x)

had dinner at my grand-uncle's house. then came home. kept yawning after i watched that lame chinese movie. lol. should not watch it unless you guys girls just wana see Nick in action. lol! :P

CAMP'S OVER!
yeah. and i was so-so-so tired. Serena, Joel, TeckSheng, Jason, and i didnt sleep all night on thursday. well i gotta stay awake to keep track on those who are reporting for Sentry Duty. haha. Eelin slept like a log in the Container despit our noise! lol. yeah, so we were laughing our asses out about alotta jokes. Aiman, JianRong and Salih were sleeping in the Container. then at some intervals, either Aiman or Salih would wake up and look around. Aiman would ask "what you all laughing?" lmao. hours passed, we started ghost story-telling. *ghost sound effects* Aiman, WenShi, Siti, and Atiq joined us at the later part of it. hahaha :) Serena left earlier for her sentry duty. soon it was Jason telling another story again.. he was telling us about the bunks at Pulau Tekong. just when he said "he suffered from heart-attack", Eelin (sleeping behind us) sat upright so abruptly with a thump on the table. lols! we were like starting back at Eelin saying "oei Eelin! we almost had a heart attack damn it!" but she had that super-blur face. she thought she was late for her sentry duty (with me) hahaha. oh well, yeah, Joel told the last story about his cousin. he said it was real as he touched his cousin's scars from the Pontianak's scratches on his back. we were doubting him about his cousin being in a gangster fight with parangs. hahs. but oh well, he said it was really scratches. however, it was the way he told us the story. he kept pointing at the Container's two doors which made us keep turning back to look at the doors, when at the same time people opened the door and came in (which scared us WenShi, Siti and me even more). LOL. moreover, it was really cold that time in the morning, which was around 5.30am. WenShi and i were shivering. brrrh~ after that, the group disperesed, some went to take a little nap, while some of us went to wash up or walk walk-ed outside. i went back to the Container to sleep for the last half and hour left after washing up. i didnt do my duty, haha. sorry Eelin :)

that is the best part of the camp, to me :) i hate to shout at the students. but they were being too much, what can i do? talk to them in a soft approach? im sorry, i cant do that. so please, can you just understand my situation before telling me that im wrong or what should i do? wasn't really satisfied with the camp, but we, as long as the students, did have fun. we had an obstacle course on the last day, which was yesterday, in the wet-squashy mud. lols. it was really fun to see them get dirty.

went to Macs with TeckSheng, Jason, JianRong, Joel and Ronald after everything. Mr E.T. joined us after Joel left early. we crapped down there as usual, with TeckSheng laughing like he's having a fit, and with Aiman and Jason's out-of-tune voices. lmao! yah. that was it. nothing more to the details :P

oh man, it's been raining almost continuously for the past two days or more? its so frikin cold! the water in the shower is still cold even though i switched it to the warmest temperature. brrrh~!

Melissa and i managed to buy a Mango tank-top each. she got the white one while i got the green one. quite nice to me. oh well :) then we walked around until we came across an area with Le'Range clothes. i found a skirt which i had been searching for ages! haha, was i so happy :) and its dark green! hahs.

we headed to RSYC, Republic of Singapore Yatch Club, for dinner. i had the club sandwich there. well, it wasnt as nice as the one from Raffles Town Club. oh well, let's go to the interesting part. Melissa volunteered to call for the bill, and so she did, enthusiastically. lol. being too excited, when an innocent waiter walked past too fast, she shouted "HALOH!". lmao! something like 'ha1 loh4' in chinese hanyu pin yin. lols! it was so funny that even my dad laughed :D

free at last! lol.

the last day of the orientation days, but we're only halfway done! we still have the level camp, CCA openhouse and orientation, and also the peer-support follow-up sessions. wahh! dying. lols. tml's camp briefing at 2.15pm. we'll most probably be seeing Caleb again! haha.

today was a nice day, except for some spoilers too of course. no details will be given about that, so i shall brag about my nice day instead :)

firstly was the rather-smooth programme we had today. the Amazing Race was rather successful too, except that some groups were unable to finish in time. the Numbers game was a very nice one; i like the complicated trail Stephanie and gang created lol. i could not even do it without support of the floor and the walls! hahaha.

secondly, as i was patrolling around during the Amazing Race, i bumped into Hazel, Gen and Liyan at the staircase which links to the canteen from the hall. we were there at 1.5 storey high, laughing our asses out down there for at least 20mins, which is so-very wrong of me. lol. they're so cute please. i went to the Tinderbox after that, sitting there with Huixin and Yelay.

thirdly, we were all goin crazy about ge-ge (brother) and jie-jie (sister) thing. LOL! :D it all started when Shawn called Yiliang "Liang-ge". lols! then it ended up with the whole lot of us in the room with funny names: Lih-ge "Liquor" (Salih), Lay-ge (Yelay), Lin-jie (Yanlin), Ni-jie (Steph), Xin-mei (Huixin), Lin-mei (Sharon) etc..
Fanghui had a whole lot of names! lmao! there were Hui-jie, Hui-ge, Hui-sao, Hua-jie(?), Hui-di, Hui-mei, Fanghui-mei (FHM lmao!) etc.. rolfmao. mine was much more irksome though. i was Na-jie =.= and to some other people it became like Neh-jie. lol. worse still, what Wati called me.. lol. it was very very very funny at that moment. imagine it made Yelay and Yanlin laughed until they crouched. lols :) oh! Shawn was called Poh-ge! sounded like Poker. hahaha x) after that, Salih was like "okay, all the jie-jies go here and there blablabla.." lol.

fourth, was the appearance of Jinyi (again), Karmeng and Chenhua! hahahas. three handsomes that contributed to my happy day. Jinyi was as usual, but his hair was much nicer yesterday though lol. Karmeng's is like super wooots man! hahaha. it's so cool :) nice. Chenhua was as usual as well, that cheeky smile of his. haha. oh to come to think of it, they are damn friking taaall too (this is so random). haha :P

of course, it ended and i met up with the rest of the Breakers after clearing up the Tinderbox. we ended up sitting at the gate area waiting for the guys to finish their banner and go for dinner. Ian said they will finish soon at around 6.15 or so. we waited until 7, no sign of them. Brenda went home first, so leaving the three of us. to kill time, Eelin wanted to go to the toilet and she pulled me along. haha. Shimin was alone there. halfway across the quadrangle, i thought i saw the guys packing up. true enough, when we came out of the toilet, the guys were already at the gate area. hahaha. so we went to Teck Hin hawker (Eelin thought is was Teck Hian lol) for dinner. we only expected Ian, Dixie and Richie, but Darren and Zhiyong joined in too, so we three sat at the next table. lol. Alicia was asking why we were sitting at a different table when we're supposed to have dinner together. oh well, hahahahs. Eelin wanted to say Grace before tucking in! lol. then Ian went, "walao, eating also need to pray!" lmao! Eelin couldn't say it properly, and she couldn't even eat in peace lmao. the guys left first, cos Eelin was still eating lol. when she finished, she was trying to rush back home already haha. so like this like that, i parted ways with them as she and Shimin are going the same direction. i was waiting for an sms when i was walking to the bus stop, and it came! haha, how happy i was :P

i dunno what to say..

im speechless about today, totally.
in a brief way, i shall say that 70% of today was like sh*t, 30% great.

firstly, today's sec1 orientation programme was screwed; delayed by at least 10mins. we didnt manage to complete the ice-breakers games with the students during the second shift. i specifically gave them 13mins for every game. i dont know what the I/C was doing at the classroom block. not to boast, but i indeed send the groups off on time. those poor students who were in the hall had to waste their time waiting for their classmates to make their way up to the hall, with the fact that by the time they came up, the time was over. now, how infuriating is that, if you are the organiser of the programme? this is 50:50; both the students' and facilitators' wrong. the students moved too slowly, and the facilitators didnt have the power to motivate them.

secondly, Mdm Ang Choon Keow spoiled my frikin day. Mr Murali stated clearly that he booked the Container 1 for today and tomorrow. when i opened the door during lunch period i was so frikin tunned that there was a class going on inside. well, since that was the front door, i went to the back door, cos Wati told me our bags were at the back and STACKED-UP. i was simply desperate for water, so i just stepped in without permission. okay, i admit this was my fault. that teacher could have told me off one-to-one and not in front of her class right? fucking hell, i felt like punching her face then. Higher Chinese lesson, so what? big ah? *no offence* we booked the room first in the first place. i dont wanna say what i did later on after i went out of the room, Sharon and Wati knows. i was really friking damn angry.

yah, so everything was kinda papaya-face-ish at first. when Mr Murali came down and talked to her, he even came out of the room with a black face. HAHA! oh well, blablabla he was telling us not to mind it and those stuff.. then, something happened.
JINYI APPEARED! :DDD
Mr Murali saw him first and said, "oh, hi!" both YanLin and i went, "ahhh! Jinyi~!!" lol. we totally couldn't recognise him that well cos of his hair; like he just came out from a lab that had an explosion from an experiment. hahaha. he went into the canteen, he saw Brenda and he went towards her, using the paper on his hand to hit her head. Brenda's expression was like "huh, who the hell are you, why did you hit me head??" lmao! only a second or two later she called out, "eh, Junyi!" lols. she was so cute. Shimin, Brenda and i chatted with him for awhile or so, then parted. haha. Jinyi arrived in Singapore only recently, and i didnt know haha. oh well :) it was nice seeing him again, with the fact that he still remembers us! oh that was so sweet lol. he's 20yrs old this year if im not wrong, heh. old :P

yeah that was my day. the spoilers were just the sec1s' slow movement, screwed programme and Mdm Ang. i hope these things wont happen again tomorrow, especially tomorrow, as there will be the Amazing Race. nothing must go wrong.

i shall share a story which i really follow:
Lie and Truth went down to a river to take a bath. without Truth's attention, Lie took his clothes and put them on, and went away. without his clothes, Truth had to go around naked, looking for Lie for his clothes. people around Truth don't believe him that Lie took his clothes. who will?
People somehow will believe the Lie in Truth's clothing, but will not believe the naked Truth that is standing right in front of their eyes.

oh, that reminds me, i DETEST people who jump to conclusions.
