HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MOMMY! x)
woke up early in the morning 5.30am. got all ready to set off to Plaza Singapura at around 6.30am. it was raining heavily, yeah. cold. oh well, my mom and i still set off anyway. reached PS at around 7.05am? i waited outside the Golden Village box office while my mom got me Big Breakfast from macs. hahahs. what are we doing? queueing for a movie ticket of course. hahah, i may sound crazy like this, but i'll do anything just to get hold of my dear Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire tickets! lol. readers, if any of your parents are holding onto an UOB 1 to 1 credit card, you get to queue of for free movie tickets! two tickets per card, and only able to redeem them once per week. the box office gives out the tickets everyday to the first 5 customers. cool huh? lol. since i had nothing to do today, i went to queue for the ticket. apparently, we waited there for 2hours plus. the box office opens at 9.30am. this sounds crazy, but it's worth it just to get those tickets! hahah, cos my parents dont really allow me to movies cos of the high prices. blagh. anyway, i got Eelin to go with me, and she'll be buying my food and drinks to repay me. mwahaha. lmao.

we were lucky to be the first ones to reach there. it was like, totally empty. lifeless, except the cleaners. haha! anyway, i didnt queue there for nothing just to accompany my mom either. im queueing my dad's place. so in all we got 4 tickets. haha. dad redeemed mine while mom redeemed melissa's. she's watching the later time slot of the same movie on the same day. haha. its gonna be fun :) and we'll be watching it there, at PS! haha. moreover there's an arcade there.. *grins*

after that, we family walked around.. since most of the shops weren't open, dad brought us to Tanjong Pagar market to have our Brunch. yeps, and i ate the second-worst meepok ever. ugh, how can someone eat meepok without the pork meat? so plain, blagh. oh well, we proceeded on to Parkway Parade. shopped around. melissa bought her new Adidas watch, so did my mom, a new watch. then my dad was like, "wah! bought 4 watches within two days. siao." lol.

went into Giordano and bought some clothes. as it was my mom's birthday, the prices are discounted. heh heh. yah, i got myself some new ladies' tees. i gotta look more like a girl now. im getting more and more disgusted at my wardrobe. i think the female hormones are finally acting up. lmao.

okay, anyway, we sent melissa for her skit practice for the Soka stuff. yah, then the three of us went over to my aunt's place at Pasir Ris, as melissa's practice was at Tampinese. yup. had a good laugh there cos of my dad's funny experience in Taiwan. wanna hear see it? lol.

my dad was at Taiwan.
he's got all these companions that have to entertain and stuff. so the best and common way is to drink, drink, and drink. my dad is steady, so he knows when to stop. yeah and they were going to have dinner when before their food came, the Taiwanese started to pour red wine and started asking everyone to drink up that kinda thing. and they actually opened 14 bottles of wine, with just around 24 ppl at the table? wth lah lol. so my dad was like, they keep drinking gulps while he had sips. then one of his Malaysian companion was already mabok until he kept on drinking and drinking non stop lol. so after dinner they went to a nightclub. the guy went home first right after they had more drinks at the club, after vomitting in the toilet. lol. my dad n his other friends didnt leave like as least an hour after that.. when they were about to leave, one of their phones rang. it was the Malaysian guy. he said he lost his phone, dunno whether at the restaurant or the club. so my dad and friends asked the staff to help them search the place for it, for like around half an hour. then, when they gave up and wanted to go off, tt guy called again.

what? he found his phone. where? in his trousers. why? having too much drink, he's too warm. so he stripped, leaving his underwear, and laid on the bed fast asleep. when he suddenly awoke finding his phone, he was merely feeling his naked thigh and he thought he lost his phone, so he called my dad's friend. only to find out his phone was in his trousers.

funny? not yet.

the next night.
this time, the problem wasnt the Malaysian. it was a Taiwanese guy. like the previous guy, he had too much drink, so he was also warm. this time this guy stripped bare naked and slept in the hotel room. a normal hotel room, when you step in, first will be the wardrobe, then the toilet, then the beds, yah? in Taiwan, the toilet was the last, the first was the beds. so this guy took off his clothes and slept on the bed. suddenly, he woke up 3am in the morning. he needed the loo badly. moreover, he was feeling cold. so what did he do? of course, he took the blanket and wrapped himself in it. bear it in mind; he's still drunk. he was so used to the normal hotel rooms, so he walked towards his hotel room door without noticing. yeah, i bet you guys watched Mr Bean? lol. so he blurly opened his door, then, with a loud WHAM! the door shut tightly closed behind him. shocked and stunned awake then, he realised he was naked under covers, standing at the corridor, and cold. LMAO. bo bian, he had to go down to the reception to get his room key to get back in.

HAHAHAHAHA !!


yeah, so we fetched melissa and we went to visit our maternal grandpa for awhile. then we proceeded home for dinner, while my mom went for a Soka district gathering. on the way home, we drove past an accident scene. wow, the car was so totally screwed. and i mean totally. it was upside down and all the windows were shattered. the traffic was jamming out there cos the car was in the middle of the T-junction. the buses cannot even turn. chaotic huh? worse still, alot of cars stopped to see what the bloody hell happened there and therefore slowed the traffic even more. there was a damaged Silvercab there too. i guess the car ran over the cab at high speed and it kinda, flew, maybe? hahah. it was really a center of attention. yup.. and im here, typing all these and eating Campino non-stop. hahah. okay, that was extra. *ahem* yah, so thats it :)
