overall, A for sit-ups and inclined pull-ups (yay!), B for my shuttle run -.-''' (just by 0.06secs), D for my sit-and-reach and standing board jump. DAMN my standing board jump is 1cm away from grade C!! aiyooo. suay~ hahahs =p yupps, thats for today.
